With this outcome, the Seahawks have taken over their Conference standings with a 12-3 mark, supplanting the Los Angeles, who fell to the fifth seed with an eleven and four record.

Quarterback Darnold threw two interceptions but recovered to deliver two touchdown passes, including the second score to wideout Smith-Njigba in the extra period.

The Rams held a 13-7 advantage at half-time before Kenneth Walker III broke free for a 55-yard touchdown run for the home side.
